There are many opportunities to progress, achieve and take that next step on a career pathway through following a Sporting Futures Training Apprenticeship. A few examples are given below:

Level 2 Activity Leader can progress onto a Level 3 PE and School Sport Apprenticeship

Level 2 Activity Leader can take a lateral Progression onto the new Level 2 Community Activator – Coach – This Apprenticeship builds upon the foundation skills and delivers and supports projects within a school/community setting such as daily mile, change for life clubs, supporting nuture grps of a lunchtime

Level 3 PE and School Sport Apprentice can take a lateral Progression onto the new Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship – This Apprenticeship builds upon the foundation skills and supports and develops the individual within a school setting giving greater classroom experience and a focus on the curriculum area of PE.

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship – Classroom Apprenticeship – Great to upskill existing staff – working with the school to train and develop Teaching Assistant Team with focussed, bespoke delivery.
